Terms of Service
Last updated: October 13, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the Summit 6 service, including AIMM (the "AI Marketing Manager"), the Go High-Level CRM account we provide, and the templates, funnels, workflows and support that come with it (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Summit 6 LLC ("Summit 6", "we", "us"). By signing up for, paying for, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. In these Terms, "AIMM" means the Service.
Please read Sections 11 and 12 carefully. They protect Summit 6's intellectual property and include a $50,000 liquidated damages amount that you personally guarantee if you copy or reverse engineer the Service.
1. What AIMM does
AIMM helps businesses create and manage their own Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, build landing pages, receive the leads those ads and pages generate, and send follow-up messages to their own contacts. AIMM acts on your behalf, in your own accounts, only when you connect them and only for these purposes.
2. Your accounts
- You connect your own Meta (Facebook) login, ad account and Page. Ads run in your ad account and are billed by Meta to your payment method. Summit 6 does not pay for or resell ad spend.
- You are responsible for keeping your logins secure and for everything done through your account.
- You can disconnect at any time from Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, or by asking us (see Section 8).
3. Your content and compliance
- You own the ads, images, videos, landing pages and messages you create. You give us permission to store and process them only to operate AIMM for you.
- You are responsible for making sure your ads, pages and messages follow the law and Meta's Advertising Standards, including rules for special ad categories (credit, financial products, housing, employment) and any licensing rules for your industry.
- AI-generated suggestions are drafts. Review them before you publish or send them.
- You must have consent to text or email the contacts you message through AIMM, and you must honor opt-outs. AIMM adds opt-out language to texts and skips contacts marked Do Not Disturb, but compliance remains your responsibility.
4. Data from Meta
We use data received from Meta's platform (such as your ad accounts, Pages, campaign results and lead form submissions) only to provide AIMM's features to you. We do not sell it, use it for our own advertising, or share it with anyone except as needed to deliver leads into your own CRM. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data, and our Data Deletion Instructions explain how to have it removed.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use AIMM to break the law, send spam, run deceptive or discriminatory ads, access accounts you aren't authorized to manage, or interfere with the service.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep AIMM running but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Meta and GoHighLevel can change or limit their services, which may affect AIMM. We may update AIMM or these Terms; we'll post the new date above.
7. Disclaimers and liability
AIMM is provided "as is." We don't promise any particular ad results, lead volume or cost. To the extent allowed by law, Summit 6 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or ad spend, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid Summit 6 for AIMM in the three months before the claim.
8. Ending use and contact
You can stop using AIMM at any time. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms. Questions: team@summit-6.com.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
10. Subscriptions and billing
- When you sign up, you choose your plan (for example your business type, or IMO or Agent on a partner page) and modules (Sales and/or Recruiting). The monthly price is shown before you pay and is billed in advance to your card, starting the day you sign up. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- If you add or remove business types or modules, your price changes from your next bill.
- If a payment fails, we'll retry it and let you know. If it isn't resolved, we may pause your account (your live ads keep running, but you can't create or launch new ones) until it is. See Section 14 for what happens to your data.
- You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund partial months. Your data is kept for 30 days after that (see Section 14).
- Your subscription doesn't include ad spend, which Meta bills to you directly (see Section 2).
11. Intellectual property
- What belongs to Summit 6. Summit 6 owns all rights in the Service and everything we provide to run it, including the AIMM software and its design, its AI instructions and prompts, ad library and ad templates, funnel and landing page templates, CRM snapshots, workflows, automations, message sequences, setup checklists, scoring and budgeting methods, reports, documentation, branding, and the way these are selected, organized and combined (the "Summit 6 Materials"). The Summit 6 Materials are our confidential information and trade secrets, and are protected by copyright, trade secret and other laws.
- Your license. While your subscription is active and paid, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own business. You get no other rights. The license ends when your subscription ends or is suspended.
- What belongs to you. Your business information, contacts, leads, and the specific ads, images and pages created for and published by your business remain yours (see Section 3). The templates, prompts, workflows and other Summit 6 Materials used to make them remain ours.
- What you may not do. You may not, and may not help or allow anyone else to:
- copy, reproduce, download, export or record the Summit 6 Materials, except for your own content and leads;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, or try to discover the source code, prompts, templates, workflows, snapshots, structure or methods of the Service;
- build, help build, or offer a product or service that copies, imitates, or competes with the Service using the Summit 6 Materials or knowledge gained from using the Service;
- copy our CRM snapshots, workflows, automations, funnels or templates into any other account or platform;
- resell, sublicense, rent, share logins to, or give access to the Service to anyone outside your business;
- use the Service or its output to train or improve any AI model or competing tool; or
- remove or change any proprietary notices.
- Feedback. If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely without paying you.
12. Reverse engineering: liquidated damages and personal guarantee
- Liquidated damages. Copying, reverse engineering, or recreating the Service in breach of Section 11 would cause Summit 6 harm that is real but hard to measure exactly, including loss of trade secrets, development investment and future business. For that reason, if you breach the restrictions in Section 11, you agree to pay Summit 6 $50,000 (fifty thousand U.S. dollars) for each breach as liquidated damages. You agree this amount is a reasonable estimate of Summit 6's harm and is not a penalty.
- Personal guarantee. If you sign up on behalf of a company or other business, you confirm you are authorized to bind it to these Terms. You also personally, unconditionally and jointly and severally guarantee payment of the amounts owed under this Section 12, together with the business. Summit 6 may collect from you personally without first collecting from the business.
- Other remedies. Liquidated damages do not limit Summit 6's right to seek an injunction or other court order to stop a breach, without having to post a bond where the law allows, or to recover any greater damages the law allows for willful misappropriation. If Summit 6 has to enforce Sections 11 or 12, you will also pay our reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
- Limits don't apply. The liability limit in Section 7 does not apply to breaches of Sections 11 or 12.
- Survival. Sections 11 and 12 continue to apply after your subscription ends.
13. Agreement, venue and severability
- By ticking the box at sign-up and paying, you agree to these Terms electronically, with the same effect as a signed agreement. We keep a record of when you agreed and the version you agreed to.
- Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
- If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent allowed and the rest of the Terms stay in effect. If the liquidated damages amount in Section 12 is found unenforceable, Summit 6 may recover its actual damages instead.
- These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Summit 6 about the Service. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
14. Your data after cancellation or missed payment
- If your subscription ends, or a payment is missed or late, we keep your account data (including contacts, leads, conversations, campaigns, pages and settings) for 30 days from the date your subscription ended or the payment was due.
- You can recover your data during those 30 days. Your payments must be current to recover it: all amounts owed must be paid first. We can't restore, reactivate or export your data while any payment is outstanding.
- After the 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted and can't be recovered.
- Your ads, Facebook Page and ad account live in your own Meta account and are not deleted by us.
- This doesn't affect your right to ask us to delete data received from Meta at any time (see our Data Deletion Instructions).
